Surface Qualifier

The SQ-7500 is a camera based system that utilizes statistical learning software developed by Mectron for inspection of cylindrical parts. The system is capable of obtaining and analyzing over 100 million data points per second. Using statistical learning the SQ-7500 can analyze each data point in a matter of milliseconds. The Surface’s Qualifiers unique features make it a key player for your Aerospace Inspection needs.

Dimensional & Surface

The newest addition in the line up of inspection machines, the DSQ-9000 is a modular system that can have up to five stations. Camera, lasers and eddy current partner to provide high speed dimensional and surface inspection. Bringing the best of both Qualifiers together for one complete system, the DSQ-9000 can handle the toughest applications for your Aerospace Inspection needs.


Crack Detection

The RCD-9500 is an eddy-current crack detection system designed for a wide variety of fasteners, and flanged parts. It is capable of working as either a stand-alone machine, or mated with a Mectron Qualifier, LT, or MI8500 machine. The RCD-9500 includes an array of optical sensors to allow fully automated part separation, feeding, scanning, and acceptance testing, making it an integral player in Aerospace Inspection.
